We offer a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 365 days after original purchase from qukidz.com.

• Product showing excessive wear or misuse does not qualify for this warranty. QuKidz reserves the right to request images of the product in question for validation if necessary.
• Product is not covered if there's been any third-party modifications made (eg names printed on the botle, etc).
• If a covered defect is confirmed, QuKidz will replace your product with the same or a similar product for FREE. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Throw the bottle away.

If there appears to be any type of crack in the bottle body regardless of whether it's on the outside or inside layers, the safe thing to do is to throw the bottle away.

Yes, but top rack only please!

You can try and shake the bottle to move the shimmers around, however, due to narrowness constraints on certain parts of the bottle, not every one of them will be able to be moved.

We need to maintain some air between the plastic inner wall and outer wall in order to allow more motion for the shimmers when shaken. If the liquid was filled completely, the movement of the shimmers would be very minimal even with rigorous shaking.

They're made from BPA-free Tritan plastic. Tritan is a clear, shatter-resistant material from Eastman company and is used widely in food and beverage containers because of its BPA-free properties.

We only recommend room temperature or cold liquids. Hot liquids could lead to pressure build up, and could cause it to squirt out of the straw and cause burns.
